Temporary Data Entry Assistant

The Program Administrator will maintain the details of a functional administrative office to support NMI’s accredited midwifery certificate program. This individual must exercise independent judgment, excel at time management, and provide exceptional customer service to students and faculty. This is an onsite position at our Middlebury, Vermont office.
Compensation: $25/hour, plus benefits (paid holidays, paid time off)
Hours: flexible schedule of 18-20 hours per week, part time.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to think and work independently
Administrative capabilities demonstrated by previous work experience: educational administrative experience preferred
Familiarity and skill in Apple (Mac) computer systems and software: GSuite, GMail, Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, Squarespace, Stripe, and Pages.
Ability to contribute to and advance team efforts
Highly organized and task oriented.
Excellent public relations skills and temperament.
Experience with institutional accreditation
School administrative experience, including but not limited to admissions, enrollment, student support services, and academic progress tracking.
Business management experience.
Understands and has demonstrated the concepts of consensus process.

Temporary Data Entry Assistant
National Midwifery Institute in downtown Middlebury, Vermont is currently seeking a temporary Data Entry Assistant. The Data Entry Assistant is a temporary, part-time onsite position offering up to 20 hours per week beginning immediately and lasting through the end of December 2018. Data Entry Assistant is responsible for entering data accurately at a proficient speed. Compensation: $15.00/hr. Job Requirements: Ability to sit for 6-8-hour shifts, strong attention to detail, typing at least 40 words per minute, Mac proficient with Microsoft products.
